The Most Important Day of the Month…

Members of the Academy tell us time and time again that a day a month spent with their peers is the most valuable day to them. It gives them the discipline and structure of spending a day "on, not in" the business, providing the challenge, insight, inspiration and un-biased support that they would not otherwise get. Peer group, experiential learning – where business leaders share ideas, challenge and learn from each others experiences – results in better, more effective leaders and, ultimately, increasingly successful businesses.
