General & Commercial Manager
Robyn comes to us with 15 years experience working within the SME sector including four years with the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). Her role is to work alongside the CEO to expand the profile and membership of the Academy, raise sponsorship and deliver commercial partnerships.
Head of Speaker Development
Phil has worked as a professional speaker for 15 years and is well known within the speaking community. He heads up the speaker development function and his goal is to ensure that the Academy is the first choice for speakers in the CEO and Director peer group learning sector.

Nicola is the point of contact for all enquiries / matters relating to speakers, new and existing, from both external and internal sources. She produces the monthly speaker reports and manages the speaker panel days and the speaker showcases, and all other associated work.
Lizzie project manages internal and external Academy events and meetings, provides first point of contact support to Chairmen and training with PA’s wherever required and is PA to Ian Price.
Sue provides operational support to Academy HQ – specifically in the areas of website content and training, newsletter production, branded materials, Chairman and PA guidance on Academy procedures and management information reporting.
Marketing & Members Database Manager
Chloe provides help and support to, primarily new, chairs and their PAs with their data needs and CRM related activities. Membership: Chloe also oversees membership management; ensuring that our member database is complete and up to date.
Ian has responsibility for the future direction and development of the Academy for Chief Executives and works closely with the community of Franchisee Chairmen across the country whilst also leading the Academy Management Team. Ian is committed to the growth of the Academy and to making a difference to its members. Ian brings the experience of being an Academy Franchisee Chairman as well as over 30 years of business experience and expertise having worked in a variety of organisations from the small and start-up to the large blue chip and corporate. He became a Group Chairman in 2013, and in 2016 became major shareholder and CEO of the Academy for Chief Executives.
Chairman of the Board
Alan brings 15 years experience of founding and chairing an Academy Group, as well as being a board member for many years. The opportunity to support Ian Price and his non-execs in becoming the Academy’s first Board Chairman plays to his previous commercial experience and his love for the Academy. The new Board is committed to offering greater support to its customers (the franchisees) and to widening the product offering to members. We encourage all our Chairs to build a business, to recruit Associate Chairs to work for existing franchisees and to recruit new franchisees for vacant territories. Above all, Alan wants the Academy to transform and enrich many more leaders lives, and in so doing touch the lives of many.
Frank’s ambition is to make the world a better place by helping leaders find alignment in their lives and facilitating growth through peer to peer learning and sharing of best practice in a safe and supportive environment.
