Not content with Unlocking the potential of business leaders, the Academy for Chief Executives is now sponsoring football teams!

Academy Chair, Paul Adlam, has decided that Unlocking the Potential of business leaders isn’t quite enough for him and has sponsored his local football team as well. The lucky team are Fleet Town Girls U12, playing in Division 1 of the Surrey County Woman’s and Girls league.

Paul, Chair for Surrey said ‘I sponsored the team not only for Academy exposure, but also because I firmly believe the work we do has an impact on people’s lives and their families. The Academy is an holistic establishment and sponsoring the team represents that. I do quite a bit of work in relation to sport in the community; RFU coach and ref, assistant football coach, Chairman of my Tennis Club and sit on the local Sports Council. This was congruent with my activity and interest in the community.’

Ian Price, Academy CEO commented ‘The Academy is all about creating opportunities for everyone to unlock their potential; sponsoring the football team is about starting and encouraging to the road to lifelong learning’.
