Performance management is the one area where CEOs and MDs openly admit failure to get real traction.  Many organisations live with ‘workarounds’ for problem people and under performance. This is the worst executed part of the leadership spectrum. A real must for leaders wanting to change their leadership culture and maximise potential is to deal with these pitfalls. You will take away tools and techniques for world class performance management – including a practical solution to the dreaded appraisal system.

The Academy for Chief Executives helps business leaders to grow their organisation by giving them expertise and insight into running a world class business.
