The objective of the meeting is to give you an insight into how membership works and the benefits it brings to you and your business. You’d get a taste of what life is like being an Academy member, all distilled into a day session.

Graham’s workshop is designed to help small and medium-sized companies find out how they can manage the process of keeping their web presence current and up-to-date. One of the issues of good web presence is being seen to be “of the moment”. But how do you achieve that without large teams of web content producers or a complete re-focus of your business?

The session provides a strategic planning system for ensuring a company can maintain a good, positive and up-to-date web presence without breaking the bank. This meeting will provide the tools and techniques for planning content and commissioning the required material. The internal management of content planning will also be considered in this section. Delegates will leave with a good notion of what they need to do in their business in order to produce lots of relevant content easily and within budget. Throughout this interactive workshop there will be several opportunities for individual planning, as well as tips, hints and suggestions for planning, managing and producing an ongoing, up-to-date web presence.

In the session we will look at the common ‘symptoms’ and then take them back into the overall strategy, plan and process to see where you should really focus. 10 common issues that execs see with sales 6 steps to transform your sales team Why a day spent on a strategy canvas is one of the best investments of time you could make Using profiling tools to help design the structure and focus of the team Using the right mix of product/ service knowledge, process and success principles An interactive session designed as a workshop not a lecture.
