One sentence to describe your business
An inspirational company that engages with its customers and clients to release their potential to serve the world. This is achieved through the delivery of motivational speeches, key note presentations, workshops and coaching.

Interesting facts you learnt about peer group mentoring
“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts” (Aristotle) – there is real power in the community coming together to solve thorny issues. Personal challenges in life can affect the professional, so too do professional challenges affect personal life. Organisations like the Academy for Chief Executives are good places to go to release that stress and put things in context. These organisations provide sanctuary and support for the CEO/Owner-Operator. It can be a lonely place when you’re leading, and this type of setting provides safety and security.

Five words to describe your experience with the Academy
Mind-changing. Supportive. Growth. Challenging. Commitment.

What is your best clarity moment/ takeaway from your time with us (either than you provided or you learnt)?
That peer group mentoring is a concept that I truly believe in and value, and I’m excited by the fact that I can help the community and assist business leaders to release their magnificent potential.

Where do you want to be in five years’ time?
Financially independent, living on purpose.

What do you think you can teach business leaders most about unlocking their potential?
That “the past is for reference not for residence”.

Your best management book and why
There are too many to choose just one! But a few of my favourites are ‘Good to Great’ by Jim Collins – this book is very easy to understand and it’s really good. ‘Willful Blindness’ by Margaret Heffernan is poignant. Another must-read is ‘Why should anyone be led by you?’ by Goffee and Jones. ‘The Untethered Soul’ by Michael A. Singer – is more about managing yourself, but I’d highly recommend it. As I said, too many! I could go on…

…And finally- your plug- why should we use you
My raison d’être to release potential in other’s and I’m experienced and qualified in this field.
