What’s your best takeaway/clarity moment from a group meeting or coaching session?

Moment of clarity was definitely hearing David Smith talk about the 7 Principles of a High Performance Culture and having it confirmed by him not only as a business speaker but also from his time at ASDA that our whole business model and our recruitment process was number 1 on his list!


Where do you want to be in five years’ time?

I will be running a recruitment business turning over in excess of £1m and working with businesses all over the world to help change their recruitment methods for the better.


If you didn’t spend a day a month with the Academy what would you be doing instead?

Being a busy fool! Or, in simple terms, working too much IN the business and not ON the business.

Good to Great by Jim Collins. This book resonates with everything we stand for at Untapped Potential. People not products make businesses and finding the “right” people is essential for businesses who want to grow and prosper.

We find people who are the right “fit” for your business not just the people who are good at the interview. Our process doesn’t rely on a candidate database nor conventional interviewing because you can’t test a person’s fit (competence or otherwise) through just asking a series of questions. More importantly, our process works, and our retention rate is double that of traditional methods.
