Born in the US and currently based in Berlin, Daniel Ludevig has explored his love for the art of communication while living and working in France, Morocco, New York, Phnom Penh and Boston. Daniel inspires leadership and connection between people to be beautiful, whether in dance, business or personal relationships.

Founder and director of MOVE, Daniel aspires to enable people to work, interact and relate better together. He believes that effective and healthy communication results from having not only a clear understanding of one’s own ideas, abilities and goals, but also understanding those of our partners, whether at work, home or in our communities. His teachings educate and empower participants to use dance lead/follow theory to improve their leadership, communication and effectiveness when working with and relating to other people. Prior to his international work as a leadership facilitator, Daniel’s fascination with effective and healthy communication led him to gather experiences ranging from competing in ballroom latin dance, obtaining university degrees in psychology and economics, working with patients and administration at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, professionally pursuing his architecture passion at Kushner Studios Architecture and Design, and opening and managing a hotel in Morocco. These settings provided him the opportunity to work with staff ranging from interns to upper-management, develop training programs, act as a liaison between managers and employees and run teams large and small. Daniel offers leadership workshops, lectures and classes globally. Working with both business and artistic development courses, Daniel has trained students and participants in the US, Europe, Asia and Africa, and happily communicates with them in English, Spanish, Russian and German. Daniel is a member of the international Arts, Aesthetics, Creativity Organization Research Network (AACORN)
