Mike Innes has held a number of leadership roles at international companies. 13 years with Mars Inc. provided superb training and experience followed by MD/CEO positions in SME companies with high levels of international sales. Most recently, he led Manchester based Money Controls through significant growth and the eventual sale of the business.
As the company integrated under its new ownership he noticed that one key question kept coming up – ‘What’s the value proposition?’
This simple question prompted him to develop the Value Proposition Workshop and he now works with senior leadership teams, helping them answer arguably the most important question – Why should customers buy from you?
