Roger Martin-Fagg graduated in economics from Leicester University in the late sixties. He worked in the New Zealand Treasury for a couple of years, before returning to the UK to work in Corporate Planning in the Air Transport Industry. A chance event caused a move into management development and for the past twenty years he has worked as a teaching consultant, trying to bridge the gaps between economic theory and practice.

Roger was formerly a member of the senior faculty at Henley Management College, teaching, consulting and designing tailored programmes for clients such as Greenalls, PowerGen, Harrisons and Crosfield, Lloyds TSB Group and The Economist.
