For 16 years Sharon had a successful career as a Criminal Barrister at multi award winning sets of Chambers. For the last 5 years Sharon has used her well-honed skills of asking powerful and direct questions, to coach and mentor leaders across the private, third and education sectors. In 2016 Sharon was invited to become one of only four Leadership Facilitators for the Society of Leadership Fellows, at Windsor Castle. Here she co-facilitates high trust leadership conversations with Senior Leaders across a range of Community, Commercial and Government organisations. Sharon has been recognised as an outstanding speaking by her professional body, the Professional Speaking Association and is an award winning speaker. She is often described as a dynamic, inspiring and engaging speaker. She takes her experience of sharp delivery in the Courtroom to challenge leaders in the Boardroom.
